Already answered this about a week ago.

The accepted philosophical answer is that, while the egg is a potential chicken, the chicken is a realized chicken. Therefore the chicken came first.

My answer is that, while the chicken is a realized chicken it came from an egg, therefore the egg carried a realized chicken and not a potential chicken after the fact, so the egg came first.

The chicken did. It is a complete spiritual thought. Which came first, the thought of the painter or the painting? The egg does not create the chicken.

Breakfast (eggs) comes before KFC (Chicken)

But Dinosaur eggs came before chickens ... that is why the oldest joke is really, "Why did the dinosaur cross the river?" - "Cuz chickens weren't invented yet"

Only a fertilized egg will hatch. It takes a female chicken to lay an egg and then the rooster does his part. One lone egg could
not produce a chicken.

It is chicken. GOD said so in the Bible.

I also like the person said, "chicken on top of the egg." This is a very clear sign that chicken comes 1st.

GOD bless

I normally eat eggs for breakfast, and if I were to have chicken, it would usually be later in the day, for lunch or dinner. So I'd say the egg.
