A good QB makes a bad WR good. It has happened with Brett Farve a couple years back he has an effect on all the players.

Well, if a bad WR can't catch, I don't care how good the QB is.
A good WR can run down bad throws from a crappy QB. Just ask Gino Toretta.

I would say neither. If either the WR or the QB is not where they should be, the play doesn't happen.
Some QB /WR combos seem to be able to read each other's mind. That may be why they worked so well together.

There are cases for both. In Moss's case, he made Culpepper look good. I really don't think that Culpepper is that good. Moss can be good, if he wants too. Take a look at David Patten when he was with the New England Patriots. Tom Brady made him look good. Patten was the last person to run, throw, and catch a touchdown. Brady made Patten look good. Now Patten is in Washington, my question to you. What has Patten done since he has left New England?

The Team makes the QB..so crappy recivers and crappy front line give you crappy QB..
If you have a Good blocking front line and good surehanded recivers you will have a great QB..
Oakland sucks
Miami sucks
Minnesota did well ditching Moss after he strated getting nicked up and complaining, and did the same to Culpepper..
both wanted more than they were worth now they went from superstars to nobodys

I think it's more so the QB making the WR look good. You've seen QB with mediocre WR succeed before. WR with mediocre QB never prosper.

I say in most cases it is the WR that makes the QB look good. Look at Ohio State. Troy Smith is not as great as it may seem.
