Infatuation isn't true love because it is only a part of love. Love is like the ooh ......what.... the Trinity! God is three persons in one. So is love. Infatuation, or the romance is a big part, the mental or supportive side of love is a big part, and so is the desire, or lust a big part. Without the mental, romance, and desire, you don't have a complete love. With all three you have true love. At least it seems like it to me.

Although love and infatuation are synonymous, as per many dictionaries, to me an infatuation is more temporary and intense than a true love. However, never is an absolute and life thought me to anticipate surprises. Whether you'll fond infatuation or true love, I hope you will find happiness!
