I prefer using a different deciding factor - how is the hair styled?
A girl with a really good haircut will grab my attention much quicker than any choice of hair colour.
I think that dyed blonde is like a one-night stand whereas keeping it natural (whatever the colour) is preferred for a long-term love thing.

I think people with black hair or bright neon dyed hair are the prettiest :)
Did you know in Germany, women with red hair have more sexual partners than other women. And the study also found women in relationships dyed their hair red to signify boredom or that they were looking to or had already moved on. Interesting, eh?
