Time...I waste way too much time worrying and not doing.
And I waste alot of energy, on people that don't deserve it

Wastefulness is a tricky question - theres always a TIME, COST, QUALITY triangle involved.
For example, saving the planet by recycling - sounds great in theory, but the bigger picture is that in order to recycle (i.e.) paper, we have to use mechanical machines and these machines require POWER to run them - thus, we using MORE of the earths resources in order to recycle, and then we have the carbons that are released into the air when power is generated. We do not have enough of those wind turbine machines to make a lasting impact - thus, even recycling wastes another of the earths resources just in a different form.

I waste a lot of time at work...... but I have to work to live
I waste a lot of food when we go to buffets.......mainly because I always go right to the food that looks good, then tastes like sh!t (other than that, I try not to waste food!)

Water. I always forget to turn it off after I rinse some dishes & start washing more when I'm washing dishes, and when I'm brushing my teeth.
