I never thought of being a manager on the first day. It was a couple years later that I decided I wanted to be. I have a great boss who is a mentor and is helping me to learn the social skills I need to be a good manager. I think it is a gradual process. It takes time to develop skills in anything.
By the way, times have changed and you no longer have to be "bossy" to be a good boss.

Do you think bossy manager can lead staff to work for them?
Just be yourself, when times come that you can rise up to be leader than so be it. If there isn't any position for you to rise up and be a leader, I think it is fine as long as your salary increase every year.
Why border to think about the manager position. The higher you go, you will get more headaches.
Please don't get me wrong. I'm not discouraging you to look up for a higher position. I just hope that you can be contented on your current position and work upwards. The eager you are looking at the manager position, you will feel more discourage in your work. Why let this less important to trap yourself to be unhappy.
GOD bless

~~~Your new work enviornment is exciting to you right now,,,,you may be seeing things that mabey you could do better,,,or possibly change a few things that you think could be done more efficiently. Be patient,,,,always remember to respect your fellow co-workers and they will respect you. And also each person has a different personallity,,you need to deal with each person accordingly. If you really want to advance with this company,,,mabey you could take a quick class at your local collage on management , it covers everything from people skills to managing. Dont be hard on your self,,,stop, think, breath if you think you are becomming to bossy,,,,you can do it,,,,,
