The song is Iron Man by Black Sabbath. The song is one of their best known and first appeared on their classic Paranoid album in 1970. It also appears on every greatest hits compilation that they have ever put out. Its opening riff is one of the most recognisable classic rock/metal riffs which is probably why Nissan used it to grab people's attention.

Yes, like the person above said , its Iron Man by Black Sabbath, and the song does have singing, Ozzy!, but it comes later in the song, they kind of edited it so you only hear the music..
