The response depends on what you call "not concentrated". Any saturated solution, as you correctly indicate contains the maximum amount of solute at a specific temperature.
If by "not concentrated" you mean that the maximum is low (compared to what?) then you can find sparingly soluble salts that reach saturation at relatively low concentrations (compared, for example, to NaCl). The absolute value of these concentrations will be very much lower than the saturation level of NaCl.

You may reach the saturation point of a solution by increasing the concentration to a point not exceeding the solute precipitating out.
Think of tap water with added table salt- there will be a concentraion of solute (salt) in the solute (water) where the solution will be concentrated, or saturated, but add a little more, and the salt will begin to settle out in the bottom of the container.

I dont think so. a solution is concentrated maybe because it has a little water. A saturated solution cannot be concentrated, for example, a saturated solution of salt

Yes. For compounds which have a very limited solubility.
For example, a saturated solution of silver chloride only contains 52 à 10^â6g/100g water at 50 °C. This is very little, and certainly not considered concentrated.

A solution that contains the maximum amount of solute at a particular temperature is said to be "saturated."
A solution that contains a large amount of solute relative to the maximum amount it could dissolve is said to be "concentrated."
A "concentrated" solution does not contain the maximum solute therefore it is not "saturated."

i think its no because it is said it concentrates up to its concentration level.
