You've obviously missed something. Pull out all removeable parts and scrub again. Pull out the fridge it could also be something under it. Did you pull out the drip pan underneath and clean that. I had a piece of cheese fall under my drawer once and it was terrible.

I would remove all the racks, drawers, etc. and then wash the interior with a solution of white vinegar and hot water. Also wash the racks and drawers with same solution. And don't forget about the freezer. Odors from the freezer can make their way into the refrigerator. If it's a frost-free freezer, you should wipe it down also. And then put baking soda boxes in both the freezer and refrigerator. Also pull out the drip pan under the refrigerator and clean it. You may also want to pull the refrigerator out from the wall and vacuum the coils off, since you are already cleaning the whole thing! Hope this helps you....good luck!

Yeah, k h is right about where to look for missing bits of food. Also, you can remove all the racks and wash the inside out with a diluted solution of bleach and water.
