GucciGirl, i wouldn't espescially consider that to be too sad, it would depend on what kind of life he had.

I agree jgivesin, i personally find it sad that people dont stop harming animals because of their morality, but because it is against the law.

It is not really sad however it is startling to Findlay realize that no one knows anymore about death than you do and you know that you don't know anything about it.

On a macro level the 9-11 flight that went down in PA has to be the worst. The 'let's roll' and so many other statements left with loved ones and on answering machines causes me great consternation to this day.
On a personal level a co-worker of mine has recently lost (in a very short two month period) 1. his sister-in-law that was on her way to visit his dying wife. 2. his wife to a long term illness. 3. his younger brother due to an vehicle accident and 4. his older brother.
While this is happening to this person; Another co-worker lost his daughter and son-in-law in a traffic accident (I took the emergency call) and still another co-worker was in a seperate car accident that has him in a re-hab facility with head trauma.
all these people work within a few feet of me and it is all very sad.

That there is nothing much I can do to change the current government situation in my country, and the bad example set by our president and other polititians.
As a mother I want my children and the children of my country to aim at being well educated and to help to improve people's lives. How can I cope with an uneducated corrupt president?

Saddest songs ever are easily Tears in Heaven via Eric Clapton, Wake me up while September Ends via green Day, Loosing My faith via REM, Crow and the Butterfly via Shinedown.they at the instant are not all precisely similiar to The affliction unto dying, this is relatively sturdy, yet all of them are unhappy in via some ability or yet another.

in the town next to mine in minnesota,3 little brothers ages 3,4,5,were walking in their yard across a frozen over pond when the ice broke killing all 3.what a scary ending, and how bad their mother must have felt thinking the door was locked.also in the news at the time was a little girl the neighboring town of big lake, who had a condition where she had no sense of touch, could feel no pain ,and eventually gouged her eye without realising she had done anything wrong.she was so beat up by this condition it saddened me to think of that happening to my own little boy, which is how i tend to view such types of news, and therefore my list is very long

There was this magic skull that was imbued with the power to grant 9 wishes. The spirit inside of the skull was also trapped until it had granted the wishes. Due to the uunfortunate accident which resulted in the skull being buried under dirt for thousands of years, when it was excavated, it was extremely bitter and hostile. One by one, a sucession of greedy adventurers put the skull to the test with their wishes, which all backfired with tragic results. For example the girl who wanted to be famous- she was known around the world for her predicament before she died.
The saddest part of the story came when 4 year old Puddin' used one of the last wishes to simply ask for a cute bunny rabbit to hug and love. The bunny was truly evil. After a hug, he smashed Puddin' in the back of the head with a branch. Puddin' cried "Why did you do that bunny?"
The Bunny looked at him with eyes as big as saucers and said " because I love you, Puddin'. but sometimes love hurts.....and I just want to love you to death.

Most recently, the saddest thing I became aware of is the way chickens are raised in the usa for consumption, not chickens on private farms or free range but the housing and treatment of the majority of them that are bred for slaughter and sale to the public.
I am sick over it , and I will never buy another.

That there is no truth.
And that people can be so great, but they can also be so horrible.
And speaking of that, hearing about the Amish girls being shot execution style by that crazy man. I envisioned myself waiting in line to get shot in the head while watching the man shoot all of my peers.

From my point of view the saddest thing is that too many children suffer. Children in poor countries suffer from lack of food and clothing and children in rich countries suffer from lack of love and guidance. Children of drug addicts or alcoholics, the list is endless

my wife telling me it was over.
Selfish, yeah. But It's the truth. Can't think of anything - no death, no property loss, no injury - not even being told that I had a terminal illness - that would make me feel as bad as that did.
