I LOVE Spongebob. I don't know what it is that draws me to it. Objectively it is pretty stupid, but there's just something that makes it totally hilarious. The 'sudden' humour the show uses is extremely funny. Mainly it just makes you feel young watching it, laughing at stupid stuff. Plus they got the Hoff to be in the movie, i nearly wet myself laughing when i saw that.

I became a spongebob fan watching it with my daughter 8 . I'm 49 but enjoy the silliness of it even though my daughter has a preference for moving on to other more sophisticated shows I'm stuck on silly . Luckily we have more than one set so I can still watch !

I have no young children or siblings, but I watch it anyway. I find Spongebob's innocence and untarnished worldview beautiful. And hilarious.

I have no kids and no excuse! But i love it! I like the randomness of it and it has some of the best one liners...like...'remember that licking doornobs in certain other countries is illegal'...

becouse i have a three yr old and a 1 1/2 yr old sons. they like it so i let them watch.

it's kinda fun watching it! it's just relaxing to watch some nonsense cartoon show every now and then; or shows that don't let you 'think' much... too much of that is kinda bad, though..
