my friend thinks she's going crazy. she has 2 beautiful kid and a happy family but she's still in love with her ex.

She will get over him in time .Time heals all wounds ....We all have an ex (atleast i do ) and when she gets on with her life she will be happier .She is just not ready to move on yet .

Ah Yes, The infamous ex!! We all have one, I know I do but, I'm in a great relationship with a fantastic guy who loves me, so whats the deal?? Memories of a lost love are great when they are good, most of the time people only relay the grief they went through so when we get past that and only remember the good stuff, its not understood.. It's o.k. to still love someone from your past. Its you conduct and how you present yourself in the present life that counts. Let your friend talk to you about it, don't encourage her to act on her feeling or she might but also don't run him down because then she will defend him and feel a need to protect him, that's not good either..

She needs to put her time, energy & thoughts into her kids & not worry about her ex. Those kids need her because their parents aren't together anymore. She needs to try to make their lives happy & stop being miserable. In the process of concentrating on keeping her kids happy she will find happiness.

hi, your friend needs to concentrate on her kids and the most important thing you can do is support her in every way.....If the relationship was abusive then she needs to get over him but if not she needs to get her pro's and cons's together and think really hard if he's worth it.....no man is worth losing ur kids over
