its simple the king booker story line has run its course and its stale..cena is getting a big push and will be the world champ the big show was thrown in the mix to keep people guessing, but everyone knows he won't win the title because like booker the story line will get old fast...with cena after he wins the title he will become a heel and just whip everyones a** until vince makes him lose to the undertaker(SUM IT ALL UP ..THE WORLD TITLE ON THE LINE AND CENA WILL WIN IT!!!)

I'm not sure as of yet...considering the fan voting is still going on. I will go out on a limb and say that whatever title is put on the line, the person that holds it will win the match. I don't think Vince is ready for anyone to be a double champion just yet.
