Check with the local televisions stations, newspapers, and magazines.
Do the same things you would do in your country...the language is different but the process is the same.

You can start off freelance, by writing some articles and then ask local media if they would like to buy them. From there, you can remain freelance or it is possible to be hired to work for them, if your work is very good.

You might need to go to amercian school or try to find a local vietnamese station if they have one where you live
