Think of what your personally like. I LOVE hearts.
So mine could be Hart-Os or HEARTloops
You can be creative with teh name and with teh slogan make it reflect your personality.
If your teacher sees thsi effort you are more likely to get a higher grade as well.
And yes, as a procrastinator myself I can tell you. Try to get it done as early as possible beacuse it is so muh easier.

Include descriptive words like healthy, crunchy, tasty, sweet, etc. in your title and your slogan.
Have fun with it. Being humorous in this situation may even help you get a better grade.
You've got a while to do this, so get started early!
