Try using CTRL (control button), ALT + one of the direction arrows to the right of the keyboard or a combination of of those keys. It depend on the video card. It should flip it back for you. Or it might be a video card setting to check.

first, you need to make sure your monitor hasn't gone bad. You need to hook up a different monitor to your computer, or hook up your monitor to a different computer.

If the image is fine then you need to scan for viruses or other malware. I'm willing to bet one of these two issues is the most likely source of the problem.
