I live in a metro area so mostly 55 on interstate. I think you slow down when you get older because you realize that after you used all that gas to pass someone they are stopped at the same red light right behind you. At least i have realized that. Hubby is still learning that.

The highest speed limit here is 70, age means nothing really...I go the speed limit or 5 max over, and that is only after almost going to jail for one day for going 101 in a 70. This gene I inherited from my father who just turned 70 and still thinks he owns the road. I learned, unfortunetley he has not lol

60 kmhis the average where I live. I try to follow the speed limit but I always fail! Fortunately I've never gotten a speed ticket!

On the interstate it is 70 mph, on most major highway's it is 55. how ever when entering a more populated rural/city area it may drop as low as 35. In most housing communities it is usually 25mph.

its 120 kph here... but i dnt think age has something 2 do w/d speed limit..

we have people here that are around 70 that are getting tickets for going to slow. and yes they do give tickets here for going to slow, have for years.
