Yes, in fact according to educators, learning does not really take place if the learner has no change in behaviour, as a result of what he learned. Of course, the change should be for the better, it can never be termed proper and good learning if it is the other way around.

Yes, learning brings relatively permanent change in behaviour and then it is concluded that learning is complete, e.g puncuality at work place, one employee learns from another; on first day he goes on time later on he follows others.

If behaviour grew to become into extremely terrible an identical marginal progression handed off because it did with somewhat undesirable behaviour there grew to become right into a upward thrust in good behaviour proportional to the start If one started as impolite and incidents of rudeness went down If one starts off out as a petty thief and that grew to become into decreased - yet absolute rudeness contd Then there grew to become right into a relative progression

Every single experience in life changes you permanently. The only difference is how much it changes you and your behavior. So, yes, learning does, too.
Even people who don't want to change because of something they've learned change. The fact that they refuse to act on what they've learned is a change in behavior and thought in itself.

yes,of course learning brings permanent change in life...but yeah learning only bring permanent change in life if you reallly want to applu the thing which you have learnt..if you dont want to apply the thing which you have learnt, into your life there would be no change in behaviour...it mostly depend on the willingness of someone that do he really want to apply the thing he had learned in his life to change his behaviour..

Just because you learn a thing don't get you to change a thing. You must have a new mindset for change to take place.
