try this it does work ... keep telling urself u r the best ... appear strong in front of people (even if u have to pretend) ... after a few weeks or mabbe couple of months u will start loving yourself and so will others ... one last thing only if u love urself will other like you ...

Give yourself time, for one. It doesn't happen overnight.

Every time you think or say something bad about yourself, counteract it with something positive. So, if you think, "Wow, I'm ugly," think in turn, "Well, I don't like the way I look, but I do like my hair." Or something along those lines. Emphasize the things you DO like about yourself.

Learn to be very careful whose criticism you accept. If you don't like, trust, or respect your criticizer, don't put any thought to their criticisms.

See criticisms as ways to make yourself an even better person, not ways that you think you suck more.

Get hobbies. Hobbies with goals. Accomplishing goals is a great way to make you feel good about yourself. Like photography! Say, this week I'm going to take pictures of the changing leaves. Then go do it. You'll have done something for yourself and accomplished a goal.

Remember that by the end of the day, the only person who can make you who you are is YOU. You can put yourself first and not be a selfish person. It is possible.

Depresion is a majior factor. Do some activities eat regular and sleep regular. Find a new lover helps too. Get a new job. Drink more water. Than learn something new anything and stick to it for 6 weeks before giving up. Folk dance, computers, typing, bowling, roller skatting and do an old hobby

listen, learn, let go and live . . . with love in your heart you can then dream, believe, soar and achieve.

basically, listen to yourself, learn from life, let go of pain and live for yourself. if you love yourself you will love life. do not hold onto those old pains and regrets. seek wisdom from all that has happened to you and live a better life because of it. everything that has happened to you is part of what makes you the terrific person you are today. let your spirit soar.

make a list of every quality, value, and personality trait you would like your best friend to have. become that person. it is amazing.

Stay away from losers and hang out with positive people. Be the best you can be every day. Treat yourself to something that is really important to you.
