This is such a good question among many idiotic ones- you got me to think. I'm gonna say I made it to at least 25 thinking I was invincible, and anything that went wrong was because other people were stupid. Before I was 30, maybe 28 or so, it dawned on me that I could be old. When I was 33, I realized I couldn't get any girl I wanted. A little bit older, and I realized that anyone can go to jail- ANYONE! And then a little later I realized the crushing power of the IRS. I became more careful with age as I realized that society is much larger than the individual.

I've always known that one day I would get old.
But it really didn't hit me until I had my birthday this year, and everyone told me I was halfway to 50! I really bummed me out to think about it that way, since I am still only 25; but I also believe that you are as young as you feel. Sometimes I feel old; other times I feel younger than I am. So that's good I guess!♥

13-14 and ever since i lost track of time, if someone was to ask me how old i was id tell them 16, even though im 17! i still feel like time is passing by, and i start collecting memories, i write stuff, i fill up many album photos , cause in the end that's the only proof u have of the young life u had :) and ur memories too, which could get very vague over the years

I was 7 and remember it well. I thought about how quickly my first seven years had gone and thought that before long I'd be 14 then 25 then really old (at least to a 7 year old) 40. I'm WELL over 40 now and still going strong so I had nothing to worry about.

I have known this for a while but last year when my daddy died and I was helping mom with every decision, I realized I was responsible for everyone. I already am responsible for my kids and even my grand child but never realized I would have to do her stuff too.. Not that I mind it's just frightening sometimes. The overwhelming sense of responsibility.

About age 40. I am at that awkward age. Too old to be young and reckless, too young to be a crazy old coot.

You're only as old as you feel. If you feel you're old, that's what you are. Stay young, enjoy life, act like a kid, so long as it's not hurting anyone else. That is what keeps you young!
