If they care, especially younger women. You left out a third option, because some women with facial hair bleach it.
I would prefer they wax their facial hair, or maybe get that laser removal. There is also a home electrolysis system.
Edit: Yes, some women do bleach their mustache. I saw a woman at the polls today with a bleached mustache. Generally, I think they use peroxide or bleach on the facial hair just temporarily, until the facial hair gets too noticeable.

All females have some facial hair but if you have dark hair it shows up more and never shave it if it is a problem just wax it or pluck it but when you shave we all know it will grow in thicker and darker

I am in my 30's and I have noticed some facial hair that I have never had before now... I pluck or wax it though .. as you age women as well of men start getting hair in strange places..LOL where a man starts growing hair out his ears...
a women start growing hair on their faces(above the lip and on chin)

Lol. Of course that's true. Every body is different and organysm charactersitics vary (sometimes greatly) from person to person. Some of my female friends have their whole body covered in hair, while others are completley hairless. The same with men.

Alot of women do. Sometimes it starts after child birth, sometimes its around menopause... its hormone changes. Pluck, wax,... use hair remover. NEVER shave it... you'll end up looking like grizzly adams if ya do.

i've heard fr women working in beauty parlors that some women actually wax their facial hair..
2b honest, i have a very light mustache & my frends in college used 2 tease me alot abt 4getting 2 shave every AM..
my mustache is color green & there r days when its visible & days when its not... pretty weird, eh?
my babe though finds it a big turn on... yah ryt!
