open up a compact disk and take a look, in the back page there are some legal requirements such as:
the record label company, producer, copyright info, manufacturer, graphic desighner, etc. it also would site plagarism protection if the band uses other copyrighted sources like another bands music, an authors lyrics they have to pay roylties to the orginal source in that case or get thier permission.

Copyright information is critical. You or your company can face a HUGE lawsuit without that. Also, do you have permission from the holder of the copyrights to reproduce the CD and distribute it? You may already be in violation of the law. If the company is sending CD's within the scope of the law, then they would be sending the originals that ALREADY have all the necessary information. If composers, performers, studios and producers do not get compensated for their work, they will stop creating. Their time and effort is worth their getting paid.

Most important points are: -
1) Logo to classify as Audio CD or VCD or CD
2) Name, Address & contacts of the company
3) The title of the CD
4) A picture or photo as the background
5) If more than 1 CD, than have to indicate the number of disc.

GOD bless
