No I don't think so because he's not actually related to you. One of my aunt's went through so many husbands that I finally stopped calling them uncle.

I wouldn't think so. Think it would be similar to a wife's sister's husband. Most would think of him as a brother in law but he is not a brother in law to the wife's husband as there is no blood relationship between the two husbands.
