Well that is simple. We compare ourselves to what "looks" good as far as what is going on in Hollywood, magazines, and other self images and once we look at our own selves in the mirror we are not satisfied.....but i have a lil extra weight not much but yea i want to lose it but im not self involved like some women. I see it as if someone doesnt like the way you look then tough let them look on they are not worth the time of day or a spare of a breath of oxygen.

I GUESS YOUR A GUY RIGHT! -The reason why ladies want to loose their weight is that they always want to look their best and to catch the eyes of many on looker!

because society has us thinking that we aren't prefect the way we are. The media portrays skinniness and weight loss to be something everyone should be doing. That is why we have diseases like anorexia and bulimia

Because they want to be accepted by the society that has the perception that being stout is not sexy. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Self-confidence.
But, some women can take it too far. But, in general, I believe it is a good idea for ALL of us to watch our weight.
Just don't overdo it and hurt yourself nor base your self-image on your weight.

first reason is that her man does not have enough physique to lift her up
second is that she wants to be noticed amongst a crowd with her attractive physique.
