You should opt for permanent hair removal.

They shave your skin, then using a poweful laser they kill the root and the hair will never grow back again. It's painless and the results are permanent.

If you are really bothered by all means try waxing, but I would suggest that for the first few times you get it done professionally. It hurts at first, but each successive time is easier and the regrowth gets less and less.

By the way I do not think that bleaching caused the hair to increase - I suspect it just made you more aware of the hair.

I had a cousin that had that problem. The doctor told my Aunt to shave her arms that she would outgrow it. It turned out she had a hormone imbalance. At that time she was only 7 years old. The Dr. put her hormone injections and by the time she was 13 yrs it stopped & so did the shots. She is now 54 and still has had no recuring problem..

Check with your Dr. before waxing it could cause more problems.

I shaved my arms every day for a number of years and now the hair just stopped growing.
