i normally vote for who i think is best on issue that are important to me, for either party but it is my opinion that the republican party has worn out their welcome and it is time for a change. nowhere is that more evident than here in ohio where corruption has run riot. and we have no business in iraq (another vietnam) even g.w.said it himself "we have not evidence that saddam was involved in 9/11", and where are the weapons of mass destruction? sure he needed to go but, at the expense of our men and women. this is not fighting for our freedom, but someone else's. tell me again how it's not about OIL

If they don't lose at least one of the 2 houses I will be personally convinced that Diebold (Republican) voting machines are running the country and that democracy as we know it is dead. We need a third party to keep the Dems and the Republicans honest and answering to the people instead of their own selfish interests. Absolute power corrupts and I don't think it matters who is in that power seat - bring on a third party that really cares about things that matter like the environment. We need bold, new leadership.

I believe the Republicans will lose control because 1) their Conservative base feels betrayed and 2) there are an extremely large number of Bush haters out there that actually bother to vote.
Is it time for a change? Most differently. But we need to throw both parties out on their rumps because neither is deserving of our support and trust. Except for some basic philosophic issues there's not a nickles worth of difference between the two once they walk the halls of Congress. While I believe the Republicans to be less of a danger to our liberties than the Democrat's they still remain a danger we as citizens should not tolerate. Its time for a viable third party.

i think the dems win the house but loose the senate! if saddam gets the death penalty it will be a feather in the hat of the right! we will know tomarrow when he is sentenced! alot of the races are getting closer and to close to call that were behind by double digits.as far as change, nobody i know is ever happy with everything anyone does! but some change will be good, but not alot of the agenda will be!

Once people realize that, IF THE DEMON-RATS WIN, Reid and Pelosi would be in leadership (shudder) positions, entitlements would rise, and, to fund the bigger government, Charlie Rangle as head of the Ways and Means Committee will end the tax cuts including re-instituting the "marriage penalty and cut the per child deduction from $1000 to $500! People are too smart to let this happen!
The Fair Tax would take this power away form corrupt politicians!

yes the repuybliacans will lose the house, theyve already given up on that, now as far as the senate, probably will be 50-50, hard to call. Its a refferendum against Bush is what it boils down to

one party having it all their own way is not a good thing

Lower house no more the domain of big oil, defense contractors thank god??? I probaldy will say the senate will remain in republican hands and glad for that too need that moderate and centrists positions. Republicans lost the seats because they bash gays while evagelcial preachers pay for gay sex with meth. Hypocrits, treat everybody with respect republcian bashing people that are different than they are is a big turn off to voters I dont blame people voting democrat at times when the Republcian Allen is flying the conderate flag.
