Metallica is slipping a bit and Maiden just put out a really good album. But Maiden was really lousy for a couple of albums. Hmmmm we have to see what the next Metallica album sounds like. They are pretty much neck to neck. Maiden has a better drummer and vocalist. Both have great Bass and guitar tandems (trio for Maiden), I think the edge goes to Maiden right now, but that could change in about 5 minutes..........ok maybe Metallica........I dunno....Priest anyone?
