well i can say from experience it depends on how much u loved him from what u said he has a girlfriend .But i belive he doing this to get at u and it may be working but for me it took almost 2 yrs and now i am with a guy who loves me so secound time round i found a better person .So good luck to you and ur life but if u feel ur not ready dont stress u will meet someone when the time is right for u and as for ur ex his lose in some otther guys gain

When you make a concious effort to live for yourself.
Boyfriends and girlfriends come and go and you can choose to learn from the experiences and move on or beat yourself up about the 'why nots ' and 'what ifs'.
Take it as a learning experience.
Wrap the happy memories of your time together in a memory box, put it on a shelf, and move on because life waits for no one.

It usually takes as long as the time you spent with him. So take 10 months at least. I take it you're mad because he already has a girlfriend after the breakup. Maybe it was the rebound. Or that there was a ood reason why you broke up.

oh trust me it will hurt at first, however as time goes by you will find someone that will distract you form him. if he has found someone else then it shows he was not the one for you. a real man would not get a new girlfriend straight away he would try to resolve his problems with you. you need to think that there are better men out there because trust me there is!
btw im a man, so i know what im talking about!

10 months isnt really a long time sorry but until ya with someone for years and then lose them to someone else ya wont really know what its fully like to be hurt(im not trying to put you down) but really i cant see it taking too long at all if he already has another girlfriend then maybe you should just go get another boyfriend to help with the pain of loosing him anyways i hope ya find someone thats gonna treat ya well enough for you to be happy with everybody deserves someone to treat them well i say

theres no easy way Betty...you just have to try and move on...when one door closes another opens, he has opened a new door for you, so get out there and have fun, go out with your mates and have a scream, your bound to meet someone else, look elsewhere and try not to dwell on the past...he is your ex for a reason and you may thank him one day for giving you the oppotunity to find someone better than him....just leave him to it, you'll get over him soon, time is a great healer....bless you...

it depends if ya loved him and how long the relaintionship was but it does take time a few months at least usually
