I am an English teacher.
I do what I like doing, that is my greatest incentive.
Where I work, I can make decisions on which methodologies to use to suit the student. I have better results because of that, which is a second incentive to my work.
I get paid enough and on time, I don't have to go through burdens to get paid by the students. I manage my working schedule.
Anything else?
I know I will not be in Forbes' list of millionaires, but I'm satisfied.

I can KEEP my job IF I cheerfully work my days off, do unexpected double shifts, do others' work for them, politely accept abuse and accusations from patients and family members as well as administration, accept and successfully care for unsafe patient assignment...shall I go on? As far as normal incentives go: there are none. Most places do not offer any wage increase because they do no evaluations on any regular basis. Health benefits are becoming worse. Where I work, if someone dares to schedule vacation time off, they are often called (even when they are out of town!) to come in...I am looking for a new line of work, needless to say.

Where I work, full time as far as benefits are concerned is 3 days/week. So I can actually work part time and still have benefits. Pay is also pretty competitive.

eh my full time job...they pay the highest in my field in the area that I live in - and they do give annual raises based on performance - if it weren't for that I'd leave
now my part time job...high potential for earning, chance to win trips, more training anytime I want it, lots of room to grow and climb a ladder through the ranks
