Are these people really that ignorant? Why don't we just create a website so every pervert in the world can "GOOGLE" up anyone's phone number, address, whatever? It must be involuntary muscle reaction where there mouth speaks before the brain thinks!

YOU CAN"T TRACE LICENSE PLATE NUMBERS UNLESS YOU ARE A COURT OF LAW OR A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICAL!!!!!!! Maybe this will help!

Most often I think people don't see, when typing in the question, the little box that identifies similar questions.
But, in California, at least, for a fee you can go to the DMV (it must be in person) to find ownership of a vehicle using the license as an identifier. But, you will not get any personal info, like address, etc.
