try and figure out what you could've done wrong then what could be wrong with him or whats going on with him if you dont find any answers from doing that then just relax he'll eventually tell you its just two days but if it turns into two weeks then months then he's ignoring you....so relax dont be clingy by leaving messages or 22 missed calls just let him come to you...

It depends, if you have been together a long time and this is the first time it has happened then i would be curious.But if you just started dating then this might be just how he is, but i would go girl who wants to be ignored for 2 days????/

it isn't normal but be sure to hear his explanation first before suspecting on him. it is better to clarify than blaming him immediately. if you can't call him, find a way to meet him personally. maybe he's experiencing some problems and not in the mood to answer calls.
