Two movies: Ressurection and The Dead Zone. One had to do with healing others after a near death experience and putting up with the notoriety and pressure to heal those who came to you, and the other had to do with episodic visions of things that would happen( kids playing hockey on a pond where the ice was starting to break, and a senator who would become president and start WW111. No lottery ticket visions or sports outcome betting millionaires.

I would prefer to be a philanderer, not a philanthropist. By seeing into the future I could know when to hide from my wife, or better yet, see which one would join me in my philandering. And have lots of $$$ as I would win the lottery once a year, and a whole lot of winning in Vega$, baby!

I would choose healing because there is the definite satisfaction of seeing someone recover.

For me, seeing the future would be heart wrenching and you would not always be successful. Would I be able to save the kid playing hockey on the ice pond in time before the ice began to break? Would I be able to stop the senator from wining the presidential election so that WWIII would not start? What if some of these calamities were happening at the same time? Which would I choose to "save/prevent" and which would have had a greater impact should I choose the wrong one? Too many variables for me? I choose healing. :)

Good question! It really makes you think. I thought seeing in the future would be awesome but when you mentioned there were variables to it...didn't seem that I would have much satisfaction.

I really don't want the power to heal. I'm way too scared about malpractice.

As for seeing into the future, I would really rather not know how I'm going to screw up next until I do it.

Can I have another super power? Like....able to eat her weight in chocolate and still not gain a pound???

If I really had to chose one (twist my arm will ya) it would be power to see the future.
At least then I might be able to help prevent terrible things from happening, like assassinating that senator, etc.....lol

Don't forget my plan to rob Fort Knox and actually get away with it.....
