My choice is the Browns. Yes, both teams have losing records. When you consider that the Steelers won the Super Bowl last season though....you have to really wonder what happened to them.
Oh, and can I just say....Go Bears!!!!

Steelers, but with Roethlisburger giving up the ball so much because he is "off" right now it's hard to win games. Which is why they lost to Oakland. (4 interceptions)
