Not really. Mira mesa Blvd goes from the Sorrento valley - 5 and 805 area to Mira Meas by the 15.
Gas lamp is down town by the harbor , just a little south to the convention center and then 200 yards due east, you will see this, can't miss it.

GasLamp Quarter is near the Convention Center, Seaport Vilage, Horton Plaza.
Miramesa Blvd heads another direction! Why dont you check Jollibbee and Red Ribbon at National City. It is also near the Seafood City & Chowking! There is another bakeshop there, I think it is Valerios, their empanadas are cheaper & taste better.
