They can play but not against men because of the physical differences in strength.

i don't think there is any rule that says they can't play. i'm sure the day will come where a girl will come along and defy the odds and make either an NCAA team or even the NFL. obviously, the girl would have to be a great athelete, and phyiscally be able to measure up. i think the best chance for a woman to make the NFL would be as a kicker.
if a girl ever does make the NFL, it would obviously be a huge news story, and i bet it would become a very controversial issue.

Women are gifted athletes but physiologically they are not suited to accepting the punishment doled out by men who weigh a substanital amount. The amount of force created by aman weighing 240 pounds moving at a high rate of speed is amazing. It's not mental-it's physical.

They can and they do. In fact there is a semi pro female football league or association. Contact your local T.V. and see if there is a team near you if you are interested.

they can they got a professional league for girls. in ohio they got a team called the cleveland fusion which is a girls team

i think they can but wouldn't because you might hit their ****(upper part). and i think they don't wanna get hurt. girls are precious enough to play this.
