Thank you all for your answers. There is lots of great answers, but I had to choice this one, because it was more informative. I was thinking that it could be her feed doing it. You all are so sweet to answer my question.
She is doing great now

just to follow up. is your horse at an agistmet place? if so do any other horses show signs of colds. Monitor your horse carefully. if it shows any further symptoms call the vet immediately. Generally horses will have some nasal discharge at different times. Are u hard feeding her. sometimes dusty feed can cause excess mucus to counteract the dust. I feed all hard feed dampened with molasses and hot water. If it i just a slight cold generally a balanced diet, rugging and good shelter will do the trick. (dont overdo the rugging though). Cheers i hope this helps

As the other 2 have said take her temperature and if it's not higher than 101 then just keep an eye on her and take it again in about an hour or so just to make sure it's stable. If it is higher call a vet immediately and watch her because you don't want it to turn into pneumonia. Hope that helps.

Yes they do. My wife used to care for horses. Contact a vet before it turns into pneumonia.

Yes, I agree with the other poster. Have you taken her temp? Should be no higher than 101.5... if so, don't wait on the vet. Call NOW.
