I would scrap them off and spray WD-40 on the left overs and let it set and scrap some more and it will all come off.
I would use something plastic to scrap it off. Like and old spatula or a plastic putty knife.....
WD-40 is great for getting off sticky stuff left over from stickers.

IF your tub is not that old or as not been refurbished, you can use nail polish remover let it set for a few minutes then scape them right off.

peel off the best you can.go to lowes or a hardware store and ask for goo gone or something in that line.works great just used it myself.
