well you have to point out that ur sensible and a quick worker at an interview. i think you should say that first you have to do the difficult tasks and then go on to the easier and lighter ones. point out the fact that leaving the difficult tasks to the last will not be good as it will be very inconvenient for anyone as it would be like avoiding them.., omg. wot am i saying... dont take notice of whatever i write. youll never get a job with the advice im giving you...! i think ill jus stop typing now... x lol x

That's such a horrible interview question!

Priorities are determined by deadlines. Organize by deadline and leave room for unexpected emergencies. Reorganize throughout the day.

determine when each task needs to be completed, how long each task will take and which tasks need to be completed before those tasks can be started. Then put together one of those charts showing when each should start/end.
