You need to decide what kind of dance you want to do before picking the song. Some people want something slow and slushy and others want a really happy loud tune to celebrate their new life together.

A personal recommendation (and one that is not too common) is No Me Ames by Jennifer Lopez, it is on her album On The Six. I have helped choreograph a slow salsa routine to this for a wedding, but you could also waltz to it.

Why not invest in a few professional dance lessons before the big day? It'll help make it all the more special - there's nothing worse than watching the bride and groom just stand and sway from side to side in what is supposed to be a "dance"! Just remember that dancing can be hard work, so give yourself a few months to learn a small routine.

Hope it all goes well.

Do you not have a song which you both love that you can have for your first dance? If not, have fun finding one together, have a night in and listen to some romantic songs together!
