The long interview process indicates that they are looking for the best person for the job.
The fact that you have been asked to attend a 3rd interview doesn't mean you have it for sure, but you are darn close. Try to be relaxed when you go.
My gut tells me that they work as a team, and giving the staff a say so in the selection process makes it a REAL team, not the kind that many companies just talk about.
The very best of luck.

The Executive Director and panel of board members has narrowed their search to either just you or a select few. This is probably the last interview (or meeting) to get a final say from those whom you would work with. Teachers are hired the same way. Once the district and then principal chooses candidates, team mates (teachers from the same grade and/or other teachers) interview and usually make the choice. Good luck! If you don't already have the job, you are very close to having it.

Sounds like you passed two hurdles and now the final word will come from the staff who will be working directly with you and it will be determined on Monday if the staff feels that you will be a good addition to the team.
I was a paralegal out of work for 3 very frustrating months.
In the legal field there is a multi level process and the final interview is with the attorney(s) with whom you would work and the senior paralegal with whom you would work.
For my last job interview, where I got hired, I was even asked to take an IQ test before they would even see me for an interview.
I think your chances are good. If you feel a repore with the staff on Monday, you will most likely be in.
I am sure you do not need to hear this, but be very pleasant, smile, mirror their mood and even gestures to get an instant repore. Dress nicely, but not threateningly, so as not to reveal too much about your income or taste so as not to offend anyone. If you have good jewelry, leave it home and wear very plain gold jewelry so as not to garner envy. Wear light fragrance and light make-up. I tried all sorts of things and arrived at my formula. I know that females can be jealous. My looks have always caused jealousy so I tried to down play and look as plain, sensible, friendly and professional as possible.
Funny thing is I grew up poor, developed a taste for nice things and have found over the years, that people can get jelous. It really does not matter unless you are tring to get or keep a job.
I hauled out my 5 ct diamond bracelt on this job, only after I was well in.
Good luck!

Obviously it's a good sign. Just guessing, but it may be that both the other candidate and you are qualified for the job so now they want to see how you both interact with the staff. Do you know what happend to the previous person in the vacant position as it could have something to do with that. Good Luck!

Yes, the higher authority jobs have many interviews. I have heard that some have more than three interviews before they decide. They are narrowing the field of applicants right now.. So if there is alot of applicants you might have more interviews. Good Luck

I was interviewed FIVE times before they offered me a job. Be patient and don't be surprised if they ask you the same questions all over again!
