Read a lot of recipes. Make them yourself at home. Find out if what you're making would be up to snuff at any restaurant you'd eat at. Experiment. Find out if you truly love it. Then you can take classes. That's just the first step. You need to understand the food and what people want.
Then there's financing, permits, licenses, finding a site, hiring, firing, menu design, more things than you can ever think of. It's not a full time job, it's TWO full time jobs.
Good luck if you want to pursue it, it's hard, but wonderful if you truly love it.

to open a restaurant u will need a lot of resources. its better if u have some hotel management course as a background. in that u will be taught right from the basics about all dimensions of a restaurant. u will need a lot of reliable man force. its not going to be easy if u do not have proper foundation. so better to start step by step, beginning from the bottom rung & climbing carefully up the ladder. with determination am sure u will succeed.
