Be a kind and loving person. To get loving friends you need to be a good listener too. Always lend your shoulder to those who want to cry their hearts out and laugh with a friend no matter how bad the joke is. Never give out unsolicited advice to anyone as it is annoying and always have a smile on your face.

Making new friends can be difficult, especially these days with so many peer pressures.
Let me tell you a secret!
If you want to develop a more pleasing personality and make friends.......... become genuinely interested in other people. Show kindness........ you may be wearing the latest designer label clothes, the hottest brand shoes and the coolest jewelry but if you display sourness and selfishness you'll have a battle ahead of you to make good friends.
Smile.....smile and continue to smile. It costs nothing, enriches those who receive it, happens in a flash but the memory lasts forever, it creates happiness in the home and classroom. A smile can not be bought, begged or borrowed, it comes from the heart. If you want other people to like you....... make the other person feel important - and do it sincerely!

Keep ur face aways smiling tat will create interesst on u
HELP others if they are'nt asked.Take interest over others.
Be HUMOROUS.Attract others by telling jokes.
Be KIND.
Use the words like THANKS,SORRY,EXCUSE ME etc.This will make others 2 respect uand 2 have a friendship wit u

I agree with the first answerer. If you add more additional details, maybe we can help you out. Did you mean to get more friends? Break your shyness and be yourself. Talk to them. You can find friends in your classes or in extracurricular activities. Try to find some common ground that you two have in common to start chatting away.
