What ever clothes you want to wear. For the makeup it's all about the eyes not the hair. If you have brown eyes try purple eye shadow and if you have blue eyes try tan or taupe colors for shadow. This will make your eyes more noticeable.

For makeup, it all has to do with your eyes. Look into a mirror that is magnified 10X's, look to see what different colors are in your iris. And those are the shades that would enhance your beauty. In clothes and in makeup. Hope that helps.

It doesn't matter about your hair, its all about the eyes, if you have nice eyes you want to make people notice them. If you have green eyes, wear a light green eyeshadow, dark blue-light blue eye shadow, if you have lightblue eyes-use white eyeshadow, put layers of mascara on your top lashes and bottom lahes, curl ur top ones if you have a eyelash curler and put eyeliner on the bottom of your eye inside the lid bit
