Sean Combs has never shown an aptitude for acting. Therefore he would not "make a good James Bond".
James Bond has been a traditional person of a certain physical representation, a certain background and creed, to which Sean Combs does not match. The only thing that Sean Combs and the character of James Bond would have in common, would be their playboy lifestyle. Sean Connery portrayed the best Bond character as did one or two others....the best Bond would surely be a new lesser known up and coming actor.

Now I accept as true with Jamie interior the belief of a style of a Black James Bond, yet that the present Bond must be Black does no longer make experience. Bond, unlike XXX or something like that, is the comparable individual in each and every action picture, so he's expected to be a midsection-elderly, British male, and clearly, Caucasian. yet there must be a Black individual with a Bond-like calibur.

Doesn't matter anymore. There is only one definitive Bond-Sean Connery. Go for it -everybody else has

In answer to your question, NO - because he's a black American - Bond should always be British...
If an American was ever chosen - I think it would kill the 'franchise'.
