Then fix salary range for all grades
like- Senior Manage-10 Lakh to 14 Lakh and so on ir

salary structure of worker working in manufacture i little tough. u can make on basis of monthly, daily, piece. take for example in ur company u hav salary(permanent worker) to whom u pay salary monthly wise. some r fixed contract labour to whom u can pay monthly or daily. i most of company we have piece work to whom we pay no of piece they make. even u hav to take account of over time. rate can be adjust hourly basis or no of hr of overtime fixed or variable in month. special holiday .
