I wouldn't do either. It might escalate the violence against our troops in Iraq. On the other hand, he'd better be well guarded, or his supporters just might break him out and reinstall him as, you should excuse the expression "President" of Iraq. Maybe we should exile him to Krakatoa and hope the volcano explodes again. Then his death will be an act of God. Or maybe we should send him to a certain Texas "ranch" for protection. After all, it was one of their cowboys who decided that Iraq was better off with civil war than with Saddam Unfortunately, more Iraqi people are dying under "democracy" than under that brutal dictator. And if this cowboy didn't know that it was going to end in civil war, it's because he has the brains of a cow; but then, at least a cow gives milk.

Saddam, Give him what the Quran calls for justice, and American style requires a last meal, and a vices before your maker. Personally, I would call for the stoning, but modern methods of firing squard will probadly be the result

Life time imprisonment.
Remember, these people believe that dying is a reward for a good life. The court transcipts evidence that Saddam is not remorseful or apologetic.

No, i'm specific there are various Iraqi those that share your view, regardless of the shown fact that as an American i think of that existence in a cage might in shape him greater useful. Killing him will merely shorten his existence and create a martyr. he's a evil guy and specific a poster boy for the dying penalty, yet i might somewhat see him go through for something of his existence.

I think whatever happens to Saddam should to any president that kills his own people. Be it a war that doesn't have any value or just a power hungry government.

He needs a life term in prison.
If he is is killed, the nation will break into civil war. And Americans will be caught in the middle.

He should be tried and punished to the letter of the law...when we engage in vigilante justice or even thought processes, then we become what we hate...
