Is this a quizz?
How do you want people to help you if you don't contextualize.
What is that in your personality that doesn't fit your current job?
Are you sure you want to work there?
If your answer is yes, start looking at other aspects of your life in which you lack the same skills or abilities.
Seek professional help.
Maybe it would be a good idea to read 'Working with Emotional Intelligence" by Daniel Goleman.
Good luck.

Hi,
Be more creative and sell this as a point to prospective employers.
You cannot change your whole personality but there are things you can "develop" it is like being trained for the job, but first the basic personality traits have to be there waiting to be "honed" These traits are usually identified from interviews and Human Resources "aptitude tests" designed to discover the "real you". What motivates you, makes you "tick" ? what demotivates you, do you get depressed easily if things go wrong or not to your liking or plans ? important.

Pray, meditate. Figure out what needs to change. Make a goal list. But if the change involves loosing your integrity or a huge part of your personality then maybe a new job is in order

Are you talking personality or more likely, behavior? All of us have to modify our behavior (to some degree) in the work place when we first start (from school to work). It may mean we have to be more "mature" in front of customers, fellow employees or the boss) etc.
You'll have to be more specific. Your question is too open ended. What personality traits or behavior do you need to modify and why? If it's simply being respectful.... then all you have to do is grow up.
Good luck!

The job should fit your personality, not the other way around.
You can't change your personality, so look for another job.
