There are too many scenarios and not enough room here to list them all.

However, they all seem to lead to a world changing conflict between differing ideaologies: the militant Islamic extremists against the west.

Really scary. We must find a way to avoid.

There are few more than the middle east,all problematic.
Solutions are there for all problems but selfishness is obstructing.

eventually it will all be under nato control .. then the middle east, europe, the americas and canada will be brought into unified monetary systems, more centralized parliamentary type regional govts and ever increasing security and identification measures to restrict peoples movement and ability to dissent. .. as thats tightening up they will set their sights on asia probably ...

If they accidentally dropped or broke a nuke before it went up in Iran would that be so terrible, it would be easier to spot future terrorists they'd have like 3 eyes or something like that, or maybe even glow in the dark....

Middle East is rich so why worry they have the blackgold, they have their King who will stand by them, they have faith and belief in their power.

They have so much hate for each other that they will Nuke themselves. Why do you think Iran is wanting Nukes so bad?
