I love Hark The Herald Angels Sing, especially in a large Cathedral when the choir sings the descant and the organ is so loud that you shake!

Mine is "Merry Xmas Everybody" by Slade, it was originally performed in America in September in 90 degree weather (when there's nothing Christmassy about that time of year too) It became the British number 1 on the 15th December 1973 and stayed there at number 1 for four weeks, the song also goes on for 3 minutes 30 seconds, and it was written because Lim Lea's mother-in-law (Jim was the bass player in the group) said "Why don't you four write a song about Christmas and the lyrics will last forever!"

Bleak Midwinter for me too, I'll go to church just to hear that. Or Peggy Lee's Fever - not a traditional Xmas song but we seem to play it alot at our house in the holidays anyway, it feels traditional now!
