I usually have to concentrate pretty hard, but it is getting easier over time.

I can't move objects. However, I can magnetize metal objects. I have to concentrate pretty hard for about 15 minutes to get my focus in.

Well as hard as it will take to move the object with your mind without touching it.

my answer to your question is another question:how does one measure his level of concentration,and how then could he teach you his techniques of reaching the level that he requires personally to move an inanimate objest using only 'concentration' as you say? i would think that the harder you concentrate on one particular thing for a certain period of time would lead only to disappointment at a lack of super-powers and a headache from the onset of idiocy for ever even being gullible enuf to try such a thing!! u let me know if that ever works out for you...

if i concentrate hard for 2-3 hours drinking my gal throws it at me.does that count?

It's not about concentration... it's much more complicated than that. It's about spiritual awareness.
